Hot Organic Breakfast including fresh fruit or "smoothy" is served between 8:30-9:30 in the Grand Room
- Breakfast Quiche, homemade muffins, hash browns, bacon or "smoky links", juice
- Belgian waffles with fruit topping or maple syrup, cheese-poached eggs, bacon, juice
- Southwest Breakfast Burrito, bacon or sausage, muffin, juice
- Baked Orange Walnut french toast with fruit toppings or maple, bacon or sausage, juice
- Bread-pudding, "smoky links", scrambled eggs, juice
- Buckwheat-blueberry pancakes with fruit or maple topping, bacon or sausage, juice
