Hot Organic Breakfast including fresh fruit is served "family-style" at 8:30 a.m. in the Grand Room

- Baked Orange Pecan french toast with maple syrup, poached egg w/cheese, bacon or sausage links, fresh fruit, juice, coffee/tea
- Banana or blueberry oatmeal pancakes with maple syrup, poached egg w/cheese, bacon or sausage links, fresh fruit, juice, coffee/tea
- Homemade bread-pudding, poached eggs w/cheese, bacon or sausage links, fresh fruit, juice, coffee/tea
